Our aim is to provide you with the very best value for money. Our dedicated marketing team are constantly looking for ways to provide maximum exposure for your property, thereby increasing its’ booking potential.
What’s included?
A full page colour advertisement on our site with an availability chart and up to 16 photographs, PLUS local and national advertising, large window display posters & individually printed leaflets of your property which we give out to our clients. In addition to this, we will create a highly professional advert or we can offer advice on your existing property details to help maximise its full potential.
A hassle-free service
We handle the bookings for you from the initial phone call, dealing with all client enquiries, queries, requested travel arrangements, payments, administration etc. A sales adviser will keep you fully informed about your bookings so that you can be sure your holiday home is ready to receive guests.
Client Selection
We will provide you with bookings, you choose who rents your holiday home. You are under no contractual obligation to accept any bookings we may offer you. You are free to manage your bookings yourself.
Deposits
We collect a non-refundable deposit of £200 and a refundable breakage/security deposit of £150 with each booking.
Cancellation Protection Scheme
If a client cancels once the booking has been confirmed you will be entitled to compensation dependent on the rental charged and the time of cancellation in relation to the departure date.
Customer Feedback
We send questionnaires out to all holiday makers on return from their holiday so that you can be sure your holiday home is always at its best.
Enquiry Updates
On request, we will send you regular enquiry updates & SMS text alerts when an enquiry is made.
