It has sweeping views over wooded mountains, wonderful sandy bays and a spectacular 180-degree uninterrupted sea view over the Greek Island of Samos and The Turkish National Park. The villa is set within tranquil surroundings, where you can either just laze around the pool or enjoy leisurely walks in the nearby woods or by the sea, yet it is only a few minutes away from the bustling port town of Kusadasi which has a good range of bars, restaurants and nightlife. It is fully equipped with high quality appliances, including a bespoke kitchen with granite work surfaces and an ultra modern family bathroom with Jacuzzi. It also boasts a large terrace, 2 balconies and en suite to the master bedroom. An ideal holiday home for families and couples.

The AEGEAN COAST

The climate of the Aegean Coast is one of hot summers and mild winters. In summer, warm evenings allow for outdoor living well into the night. In winter, daytime temperatures rarely drop below 10 deg. C, although spells of unsettled weather between November & March are not uncommon.The Aegean Coast has some of the most beautiful landscapes of Turkey. The coast line is scattered with lovely beaches surrounded by olive groves, rocky crags and pine woods. Visitors will find charming fishing harbours, holiday villages, historic sites and ancient cities & ports such as Ephesus, home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Priene, Izmir or Bodrum with its Crusader Castle or Pamukkale, a geological wonderland of white terraces made up of hot spring waters full of calcium, one of the natural wonders of the world, amongst many others.

KUSADASI area

Kusadasi is an old pirate stronghold topped by a castle. This lovely port built along the shores of a glittering bay is an ideal place for those who wish to spend their days exploring the many classical historic sights in the area. The main town centre is a bustling thoroughfare dominated by the walls of the old Caravansary, which has a good range of open air cafes, bars and fish restaurants, everything you would expect from a busy harbour. There are many quality shops on the strolling boulevards which are open until the early hours. Large cruise liners visit the harbour, where you can also catch a ferry to the Greek island of Samos.
Ladies Beach is 3km south of the town and offers the best beach as well as many more bars and restaurants all set within a traffic free environment.
A lovely day can be spent at the old Greek hill top village of Sirence, where you can buy items such as Turkish pottery, olive oil and wine. Turkish markets are vibrant and full of life. Visit the clothes and fruit and vegetable markets at Soke, Kusadasi and Selcuk to experience the real unspoilt Turkey. The village of Sojcuak is a totally unspoilt Turkish village, just 5 minutes walk from the complex where you will find basic foods such as bread, milk, fruit, veg. as well as soft drinks and beer. There are also three very friendly restaurants and several bars with lovely views here too. The local minibuses (Dolmus) run to Kusadasi, the beaches and the Turkish National Park.
These are but a few of the many places to visit in the surrounding area. It truly does have something to offer for everyone, with endless opportunities to do as much or as little as you like!

How to get there

Fly to Izmir - transfer time is approx. 50mins. or fly into Bodrum - transfer time is approx. 1hr 30mins.
Car/Taxi Hire available at airports. Easy to follow directions will be given prior to departure.

There is a large shared swimming pool and separate children's pool.
There is a security guard living on-site 24hours a day 365 days a year.
During the spring and summer months there is also a full time gardener and maintenance operative.
The villa benefits from ample terrace and balcony space for outdoor dining. Outdoor furniture is provided with sun umbrella.
Note: The road infrastructure around the complex is still awaiting its top surface dressing which we expect to be completed shortly, but it is still easily accessible by car.
