Home description

This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom executive style holiday home has been custom furnished to a very high standard to provide holidaymakers with extremely comfortable & spacious living accommodation and has been designed and equipped to provide all the comforts of home. Facilities include a well equipped American style kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, lounge, nook, games room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 4 en suite bathrooms, one being Jack & Jill style and one separate shower room together with a private heated swimming pool & spa. It is ideally situated just 15 minutes from Disney off the main I-4 highway close to many shops, bars & restaurants.

Florida is known as the Sunshine State and is one of the world's top travel destinations. Over 50,000,000 people visit here each year. Orlando is known as 'the entertainment capital of the world', but there is so much more to Florida than its world-famous theme parks. Florida is as diverse as it is fabulous with some of the most beautiful beaches, historical cities and lively coastal towns. Miami is one of the nation's coolest cities and scenery at the Keys is quite simply breathtaking. Both the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts boast miles and miles of fantastic sandy beaches with water sports galore and championship golf courses. Please ask us about our two centre holidays. The vast majority of Florida rental homes are located in either Davenport or Kissimmee which means they are just a short 15 to 20min drive to Disney's main attractions and make an ideal retreat after a hectic day at the parks.
 

DAVENPORT / FOUR CORNERS area

Four Corners is a delightful quiet residential community located in Davenport County, just off the ever popular Highway 27. It is  approx. 8 miles southwest of Disney and is just a short 15-20min drive to all the main attractions such as, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, Sea World, Aquatica, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet n' Wild and many more. This quaint neighbourhood has a mix of both residential and short-term rental properties and is ideally located just minutes away from shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants.
Local attractions include: Fantasy of Flight, an educational attraction for aviation and history buffs of all ages located in Polk County, Florida Eco Safaris (which includes horse riding), located in St. Cloud in Osceola County, Gatorland where you can get up close and personal with reptiles and birds in a themed habitat setting south of Orlando and Warbird Adventures with thrilling hands-on flight of vintage WW2 airplanes which is in the heart of Kissimmee.
For golf fans there are a huge number of golf courses in the Orlando area, many of which are open to the public. Florida has some of the best golf courses in the world and from this location you are between 2-10 min away from at least 10 excellent courses.
Interstate 4 also provides quick and easy access to other Florida attractions such as Busch Gardens, Clearwater and St. Pete's beach near Tampa on the Gulf Coast (approx. 1 hour 20mins) or the Space Coast Beaches near Cocoa and Melbourne.

How to get there

Fly to either Orlando International airport or Sanford International airport. There are many direct flights several days a week from most UK airports, including low-cost, scheduled and charter flights. The Four Corners community is approximately 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport, and 1 hour from Sanford.
Car hire or transfers can be arranged in advance - please request on booking.
Easy to follow directions will be given for those hiring cars.

In the lounge area there is a 42'' flat screen tv with comfortable seating for up to 7 persons.
In the nook there is a 32'' flat screen tv with a playstation 3 console and seating for 4 persons. 
The games room has a full size pool table, football table, dartboard, table & chairs with seating for 4 persons and washer and dryer. 
Upstairs there are 3 spacious double bedrooms, the Master with Super Kingsize bed (6'6"), 2 Queen sized double beds and 1 twin bedroom. There are tv's in all the bedrooms and each has its own en suite bathroom with hairdrying facilities. The twin bedroom shares a Jack n' Jill style bathroom with one of the double bedrooms.
There is a further twin bedroom downstairs with separate shower facilities.
The fully equipped kitchen has an American style fridge freezer with ice-making facilities and chilled filtered water dispenser. There is seating for 2 persons at the breakfast bar. 
The dining room provides seating for 8 persons.
The villa is also fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in the main areas.
There is cable tv, a telephone and  WiFi available.

 

 

Further details outdoors:

The south-facing swimming pool & spa area is fully enclosed with lanai screening and the garden has additional fencing to make it a very private area. Poolside furniture includes table & chairs, sunbeds and a charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining. The pool and spa area also benefit from additional mood lighting which is great for evening dips!
There is off road parking for two vehicles in the driveway.
